The Registrar’s Office of Holy Trinity University has goals for its full operation and this could be realized if the personnel bear in mind the purposes needed to make the office efficient and effective. The office guide makes the personnel aware of their responsibilities in the attainment of the school’s philosophy and objectives. Furthermore, the office of the Registrar provides a continuum of academic services to its students.
To assist all the departments (Grade School, High School, College and Graduate School) in the formulation of admission policies and procedures for new and old students is one of the tasks of the office. Likewise, to provide efficient and dependable record – keeping and filing system, the University Registrar shall be responsible in administering of the students’ records and required reports needed to be submitted to TESDA, DEPED and CHED and other educational agencies.
